“I’m trying to keep it independent with my music,”
“I’m real when I say Boss Chick…I’m so real about that movement. I’m not being a boss chick if I’m on a major and I’m not able to have complete control and I’m not owning my masters. I’m good just off of having a ‘My Bubble Gum’ (‘Got That God—My Bubble Gum’) that went platinum and ‘Marry Me’ selling over 200,000 copies and having a song like ‘Make It Vibrate,’ which I sold to Petey Pablo. Just stuff like that…so I’m good. I am working on a new album as we speak.”

“Finances! It cost a lot of money to promote any artist let alone doing it independently.”
“When they decided to bring it to Atlanta my name was mentioned a few times. I was called to take a meeting & that meeting turned into a few meetings and then I got the GREEN LIGHT!!! LOL…”
